HandyDART Custom Transit

HandyDART uses specially equipped vehicles to provide door-to-door service for people with a disability who need assistance to use regular public transit.

To learn more about the services offered in your area of the province, how to sign up, book a trip on HandyDART and more, go online to BC Transit, or Translink if you live in the Lower Mainland.

Taxi Saver Program

The Taxi Saver Program provides a 50 per cent subsidy on the cost of taxi coupons to eligible HandyDART users in Vancouver, Victoria and other B.C. municipalities.

Passengers purchase Taxi Saver coupons through the mail from the Access Transit office in Metro Vancouver or through the local HandyDART offices elsewhere in the province, then use them to book trips directly with participating taxi companies.

For more information about the Taxi Saver Program, go online to TransLink if you live in the Lower Mainland, or BC Transit for the rest of B.C.
